Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to Cardprohub.com and your purchase and use of products and services provided by Cardprohub.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Reprint Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Products and Custom Printing

Cardprohub provides custom-made printed products. Product appearance may vary depending on the selected paper, thickness, colour, printing method, foil, embossing, debossing, cutting, and other finishing options.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. However, screen displays and product photographs are illustrative and may not reproduce physical colours, textures, thicknesses, or finishes exactly.

Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product options, quantities, dimensions, shipping details, and uploaded artwork before placing an order.

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received the order. We may contact the customer if additional information, replacement artwork, or clarification is required.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order when necessary, including where an item is unavailable, a price or website error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, the artwork violates these Terms, or we are unable to manufacture or ship the requested product. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Payment must be successfully completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard shipping is included in the product price for eligible destinations available during checkout, unless otherwise stated. Customs duties, import taxes, expedited delivery, special delivery arrangements, and other third-party charges may not be included.

We may change product prices and options at any time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where the customer requests a modification.

Customer Artwork

Customers retain ownership of the artwork they upload. By uploading artwork, the customer grants Cardprohub and its production partners a limited permission to review, process, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, print, manufacture, package, ship, and retain the artwork solely for order fulfilment, support, record-keeping, and approved reprints.

The customer confirms that they own the artwork or have all necessary permissions, licences, and rights to use and reproduce it.

Customers must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, misleading, invasive of privacy, or infringing another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity right, or other rights.

We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe violates these requirements.

Artwork Accuracy and File Preparation

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, grammar, names, telephone numbers, addresses, QR codes, colours, dimensions, orientation, bleed, safe margins, image resolution, and all other artwork details.

Cardprohub is not responsible for errors contained in artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

If we provide a file check or digital proof, the check or proof is intended to identify reasonably visible production issues. It does not transfer responsibility for spelling, content, design choices, legal rights, or every possible technical issue to Cardprohub.

Proof Approval

When a proof or confirmation is requested, production may not begin until the customer provides approval.

Approval means that the customer accepts the artwork, layout, content, specifications, and visible production details shown in the proof. Changes requested after approval may require additional payment and may delay production.

Production Tolerances

Printing and finishing are physical manufacturing processes. Minor variations may occur in colour, texture, cutting position, finished size, foil placement, embossing, debossing, paper, thickness, and alignment.

Colours shown on electronic screens may differ from printed colours. Colours and materials may also vary slightly between separate production runs.

Minor variations within normal production tolerances are not considered defects. Material differences that affect the intended use of the product will be reviewed under our Refund & Reprint Policy.

Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact us immediately if they need to change or cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate a request if production has not started. Once artwork processing, material preparation, printing, finishing, or cutting has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Additional charges may apply when a requested change requires new artwork preparation, materials, production, or shipping.

Shipping and Delivery

Production, shipping, tracking, customs, address changes, delays, lost packages, and damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for complying with applicable import requirements.

Refunds and Reprints

Because our products are personalised and made to order, ordinary returns and change-of-mind refunds are generally not available.

Production errors, qualifying defects, shipping damage, cancellation requests, and available remedies are governed by our Refund & Reprint Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Website Use

The Cardprohub name, website design, text, photographs, graphics, product presentations, and other website content are owned by Cardprohub or used with permission.

You may use the website for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, or exploit the website or its content without permission.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics services, social platforms, and external websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cardprohub is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cardprohub will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, shipping delays, customer-supplied artwork, or the use of printed products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Customers should keep backup copies of all artwork and important files. Cardprohub is not intended to be a permanent file-storage service.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation interruptions, customs actions, government restrictions, labour disruptions, power failures, network failures, equipment failures, supplier interruptions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and reduce the impact where possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, website, business practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

The Terms applicable to an order are generally the version in effect when the order is placed.
