How do I place an order?<\/summary>\n

Choose a product, select the available paper, quantity, and finishing options, then upload your front and back artwork. Review your selections and complete payment at checkout. We will check the submitted files before production begins.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What files can I upload?<\/summary>\n

We recommend uploading print-ready PDF files whenever possible. High-resolution JPG and PNG files are also accepted. Depending on the product, AI and PSD files may be uploaded as well.
Please make sure your artwork is the correct size and that all important text and logos are positioned safely away from the cutting edge.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to upload both sides?<\/summary>\n

Yes, please upload separate front and back files for double-sided products. We also recommend uploading a preview image showing how both sides should look, as this helps us confirm the correct orientation before production.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How long does production take?<\/summary>\n

Most standard orders are ready to ship within 3 business days after the artwork has been confirmed.
Custom-shaped products, special finishes, larger quantities, or artwork that requires clarification may need additional production time.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Shipping methods depend on the destination, package weight, and product type. We select a suitable tracked delivery service for each order.
