Custom-Made Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cardprohub products are created specifically for each customer using the selected specifications, quantities, materials, finishes, and uploaded artwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because our products are made to order and personalised, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the products, or ordered the wrong specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order Cancellations and Changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately through our Support page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will try to accommodate the request if production has not started. Once artwork processing, material preparation, printing, finishing, cutting, or another stage of production has begun, the order may no longer be cancelled or changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean that the order has been cancelled. A cancellation is only confirmed when Cardprohub provides written confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Problems Covered by This Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Please contact us if you receive an order that has one or more of the following problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The wrong product or specifications were produced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The products are materially different from the approved artwork or confirmed order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The order contains a significant manufacturing or finishing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The quantity received is materially lower than the quantity ordered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The products were materially damaged during shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The package contains another customer\u2019s order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We will review the order information, artwork, production records, photographs, and other relevant evidence before deciding the appropriate resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Problems Not Normally Covered<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    A free reprint or refund will not normally be provided for problems caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Spelling, grammar, telephone number, address, QR code, or other content errors in artwork supplied or approved by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Incorrect dimensions, bleed, margins, orientation, resolution, colour settings, or file preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Low-resolution, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied artwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A customer ordering the wrong size, quantity, paper, colour, finish, or product option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Colour differences between a digital screen and a printed product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Minor differences between separate print runs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Normal characteristics of paper, foil, embossing, debossing, cutting, or other production processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or an incorrect address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Damage occurring after delivery through improper storage, handling, moisture, heat, or normal wear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Print and Finishing Variations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Screens display colours using light, while printed products reproduce colours using inks, toner, paper, coatings, foil, and other physical materials. An exact screen-to-print colour match cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Paper texture, paper colour, environmental conditions, finishing processes, and different production batches may also create minor variations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Small variations in colour, cutting position, foil position, embossing or debossing alignment, paper texture, and finished dimensions may occur within normal production tolerances. Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended use of the product are not normally considered defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Reporting a Problem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If you believe that an order qualifies for a reprint or refund, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within seven calendar days of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Your request should include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Your order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A clear description of the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Photographs showing the full quantity and affected products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Close-up photographs of the defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label if the order was damaged in transit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Any other information reasonably requested during our review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Please keep the products and original packaging until the claim has been resolved. We may be unable to complete an investigation if the products or packaging are discarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Available Resolutions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        If we confirm that Cardprohub made a production error or that the order has a qualifying defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • A free reprint of the affected products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Replacement of the affected quantity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A partial refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A full refund for the affected products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Another resolution agreed with the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          When a reprint is approved, it will normally use the same artwork and specifications as the original order. Changes requested by the customer may be treated as a new order or may require an additional payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Refunds, when approved, will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
